![]() I just changed my guest access from full access to read only (I don't think this part really matters, you just need to make some change), clicked close, and then reset Twonky. The tip deals with a PS3, but it worked great for my Xbox 360. As mentioned before, don't select Video on the PS3 then try to browse the Music folder within it. Then restart the PS3 and give it a minute to find your NAS.ĭo you now see all files in their folders ? Of course make sure if under Music on the PS3 you look in the Music, you then select the Music folder again. Now go into Twonky and on the Maintenance Menu select Restart the Server. Set Guest to Read Only or No access, the point is to make a change. Select your share, QMultimedia I think you mentioned. Go into the Admin Menu, select Network Shares. I am on the latest firmware for my TS-209 The only thing I changed on my NAS was the default port that was used for web access (changed from the default 8080) When I look in the settings of twonkey I see the clients list of the xbox so I can see that it is trying to connect.Ĭan anyone give me recommendations as to what to check to see WHY the directories aren't showing up in my xbox anymore? I fired up the xbox 360, and it found the twonkey media server just fine and started serving up my video'sįast forward to last night, all of the sudden the directories and files aren't available and when I go through the xbox 360 it shows a connection as "PVConnection" I had placed a variety of music, movies, pictures.ect in the Custom folder and for all intensive purposes left the QMultimedia empty. The default Qmultimedia and a custom Multimedia I had setup my xbox 360 on my network and configured the twonkey media server to scan two directories.
